She attended extra courses in Sacro-occipital technique (SOT) and also became a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) which means she is specialized in treating feet, ankles, knees, shoulders, elbows and hands/wrists. She also practices Thompson technique and is learning more about functional neurology. Every year she attends extra courses to keep learning new techniques.
Teresa has a special interest in treating chronic pain, pregnant women, babies, children and also athletes. Her passion is helping others to be able to function optimally. Through her own personal experience and the experience of treating others, she has become an expert in this.
“True health is a combination of what you do for yourself and also repeating this pattern on a regular basis. You have to develop good habits of eating clean, drinking plenty of water, exercising (strength, endurance AND flexibility) and developing an attitude of gratitude. Receiving chiropractic adjustments is also a part of this process, it resets the body back into a balanced state and restores normal function”.
Teresa is without any doubt the best in her field.
